MODENA ON CHEVRON CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE

CONSTRUCTION is complete on Chevron Island’s first high rise apartment tower.
Modena on Chevron, a $50 million project of the Beretta Property Group, comprises 64 luxury two and three bedroom apartments spread over three buildings between Stanhill Drive and Darrambal Street on the eastern side of the island.
The striking, modern-patterned ten storey building has been a year in construction and was completed just prior to Christmas, two months ahead of schedule.
According to company director, Marco Ferro, Modena on Chevron has everyone talking.
“There’s only a small amount of stock left and it certainly won’t be in the marketplace very long,” Mr Ferro said.
“We’ve sold over 40 units and there’s no doubt our low price point has well and truly met the market,” he said.
Mr Ferro said owner occupiers are the main buyers.
“It’s a resident’s tower – a rarity on the Gold Coast, but something we’ve been able to achieve through a combination of price, luxurious appointments, quality fittings and its central location.
